Every Labor Day weekend, my family and I pack up the outdoor folding chairs and attend the Saturday morning Dragon Con Parade! This amazing event brings out tons of Dragon Con cosplayers to march down the streets of downtown Atlanta, Georgia in some of the most elaborate costumes from all types of fantasy and science fiction genres. We always get there two hours early to get a good spot, especially in the shade. My kids are always excited to see super-heroes, Harry Potter, crazy animated characters, and the grand finale of Star Wars cosplayers. Anyone attending can tell that Star Wars is the most popular section of the parade with all spectators giving big cheers and taking lots of pictures of the light and dark side characters marching with the 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, and Mandalorian Mercs. We even saw characters from The Force Awakens!
